Step-by-Step Guide on Booking Procedures
Step 1: Make a Booking Request
You may book through either of the following methods:
- Online Booking Form – Available via our homepage under the “About” section
- WhatsApp us directly at 8066 9115 with:
– Preferred boarding dates
– Suite type (Standard / Deluxe / Premier / Imperial)
– Your cat’s name, age, and vaccination status
To ensure your cat meets our health and vaccination requirements, you may also submit the Boarding Admission Form before confirming your booking.
Step 2: Prepare Required Documents
Before we confirm your booking, please WhatsApp us or submit the following documents via the Boarding Admission Form:
- Vaccination records (core vaccines required)
- Blood test report (FIV and FeLV), if applicable
- Sterilisation records, if applicable
Step 3: Confirmation & Payment
Once your booking is accepted, a confirmation will be sent via email. Please remember to furnish us your email if you book via WhatsApp.
Payment is required to secure your cat’s stay.
Payment details will be provided based on your chosen booking method.
Please refer to our Boarding Policies (Terms and Conditions) for information on cancellations, rescheduling, and other terms.
Check-In Requirements
Before your cat’s check-in, please submit the following via our online form:
- Completed Boarding Admission Form, including:
– Sterilisation and vaccination records
– FIV/FeLV blood test report
– Internal parasite treatment (e.g. deworming, heartworm)
– External parasite treatment (e.g. flea and tick)
– Video required if administered at home
– Recent photos of your cat
– Medical instructions or records (if any) - Owner’s Consent Form (for two or more cats sharing an enclosure)
- Packing List with photos of your cat’s belongings
What to Pack
To help your cat settle in comfortably:
- Sufficient supply of their regular food (with some extra)
- Familiar items such as toys, blanket, or your T-shirt
- Any required medications with clear labels and instructions
- External parasite treatment for fleas, ticks, etc. (e.g., Revolution, NexGard, etc.) or purchase it from Tiny Paw for $18 per tube
