Planning your cat’s stay at Tiny Paw? Follow this step-by-step guide to our cat boarding booking procedure, from checking availability and confirming your suite to completing the required documents and preparing for check-in.
Cat Boarding Booking Procedure at Tiny Paw
Step 1: Check Availability & Submit a Booking Request
You can start your booking through either of the following methods:
- Check Availability / Book Online through our website.
- WhatsApp us at 8066 9115 with your preferred boarding dates, preferred suite type and number of cats.

Step 2: Review Boarding Requirements
Before your cat’s stay, please make sure that the required health, licensing and care information can be provided.
- AVS cat licence number
- Microchip number
- Current vaccination records for Feline Panleukopenia (FPV), Feline Calicivirus (FCV) and Feline Herpesvirus (FHV/FHV-1)
- FIV/FeLV blood-test result where applicable for Fitness Centre or shared play-area eligibility
- Parasite-prevention information
- Relevant medical, behavioural, feeding and medication information
You do not necessarily need to have every supporting document ready when first checking availability. Where appropriate, Tiny Paw may provide a conditional booking confirmation while outstanding requirements are being completed.
However, all mandatory boarding requirements must be satisfactorily completed before check-in.
Step 3: Pay the Deposit & Confirm Your Booking
Once availability and the booking request have been reviewed, a 50% deposit is normally required to confirm the booking and reserve the selected suite.
A booking confirmation will be sent by email. If you book through WhatsApp, please provide your email address so that we can send the confirmation to you.
If any mandatory admission requirements are still pending, the booking may be confirmed conditionally. Booking confirmation does not mean that all boarding-readiness requirements have already been satisfied.

Step 4: Complete the Boarding Admission Requirements
Before check-in, please complete the Tiny Paw Boarding Admission Form for each cat and provide the required supporting information.
- AVS cat licence and microchip details
- Required vaccination records
- Relevant medical and medication information
- Feeding instructions
- Behavioural and care information
- Parasite-prevention details
- Recent cat photos and other information requested in the Boarding Admission Form
A negative FIV/FeLV result is required only where your cat will be eligible to use the shared Fitness Centre or play area.
An Owner Consent Form is required, including approved co-boarding arrangements or other situations requiring specific owner consent.
Step 5: Pay the Remaining Balance
The remaining booking balance and any confirmed additional charges are payable at or before check-in, unless otherwise agreed with Tiny Paw.
Step 6: Prepare for Check-in
Please prepare the items your Paw Guest will need during the stay:
- Sufficient regular food for the entire stay, preferably with a little extra
- Any required medication, clearly labelled with dosage and administration instructions
- Suitable parasite treatment, if you are providing your own
- Favourite toys, bedding or another familiar item if this helps your cat settle
- Your cat’s carrier for transport and check-in
Tiny Paw provides standard tofu litter, litter trays, food bowls and water bowls.
If required, Tiny Paw can supply and apply Revolution at $18 per vial at check-in.

Standard Check-in & Check-out Times
- Check-in: 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
Requests outside the standard periods are subject to prior arrangement, availability and any applicable charges.
