1. What are the operating hours of Tiny Paw?
Tiny Paw is open daily, Monday to Sunday, from 11am to 6pm, to cater to the needs of our Paw Guests and their Paw Parents. Our staff is always available to provide care and assistance whenever needed.
2. Can I visit Tiny Paw? Do I need to make an appointment?
Tiny Paw is open daily, Monday to Sunday, from 11 AM to 6 PM. You are welcome to visit during our operating hours. Please make a booking in advance via WhatsApp at 8066 9115 as we operate by appointment only.
3. Do you provide a transport service?
Yes, we do. The cost is $45 per trip or $80 for both ways.
4. Is there any discount?

FAQ on Boarding – Tiny Paw Cat Boarding Hotel
1. Rooms & Amenities
1.1 What types of rooms are available at Tiny Paw Hotel?
We offer four types of suites:
- Standard (1.2mx0.6mx0.6m),
- Deluxe (1.0mx0.8mx1.2m),
- Premier (1.2mx1.1mx2.4m), and
- Imperial (1.8mx1.5mx2.4m).
Each suite is designed to provide a comfortable and engaging environment for our Paw Guest, with various amenities tailored to different needs and preferences.
1.2 What amenities are included in each suite?
All suites include:
- individual spaces,
- scratch board / scratch pole,
- feeding and drinking bowls,
- twice-daily room service,
- daily housekeeping,
- 24-hour air conditioning,
- 24-hour CCTV monitoring, and
- 15 to 30 minutes of free access to the Tiny Paw Fitness Centre.
Deluxe, Premier, and Imperial suites also feature climbing platforms. Cat trees and scratch poles are available in the Premier and Imperial suites.
2. Booking & Availability
2.1 How do I book a stay for my cat at Tiny Paw Hotel?
Booking a stay for your Paw Guest is easy! You may book through either of the following methods:

– Preferred boarding dates
– Suite type (Standard / Deluxe / Premier / Imperial)
– Your cat’s name, age, and vaccination status

2.2 Can I book adjoining rooms for my cat?
Yes, our Deluxe suites offer the option to book adjoining rooms for Paw Guests who need more space. Enjoy two adjoining Deluxe Suites at a special rate of $75 per night — ideal for multi-cat families or extra room to stretch and play.

3. Admission & Requirements
3.1 What are the admission requirements for Tiny Paw Hotel?
For the safety and well-being of all our Paw Guests, we require that all cats be up-to-date on vaccinations for the following.
- Feline parvovirus/panleukopenia virus (FPV)
- Feline calicivirus (FCV)
- Feline herpesvirus/rhinotracheitis virus (FHV)
The course of vaccination must be completed at least two weeks before check-in.
We also request proof of a recent blood test for FIV and FeLV for your cat to access the common areas for play and exercise. Please provide these documents in the Tiny Paw Boarding Admission Form upon check-in.
Parasite treatment (Revolution) will be administered at check-in for $18 per vial. If you pack the parasite treatment (Revolution) in your packing list, it will be administered during check-in at no additional charge.

4. Vaccination & Health Policies
4.1 My cat is not vaccinated, can I still board them?
All cats to be boarded must have completed the full vaccination course for the following at least two weeks before check-in.
- Feline parvovirus/panleukopenia virus (FPV)
- Feline calicivirus (FCV)
- Feline herpesvirus/rhinotracheitis virus (FHV)
Alternatively, you may opt to have a blood test conducted on your cat to check for satisfactory antibody immunity. The test results must be reviewed and interpreted by a veterinarian, and the results must be provided to us before boarding.
4.2 What if my cat’s vaccination is overdue?
For the safety and wellbeing of all cats at Tiny Paw, we require that your cat’s vaccinations be up to date.
If your cat’s vaccinations are overdue, please ensure they complete the course as soon as possible, at least two weeks before the scheduled boarding date. We cannot accept your cat for boarding until the vaccination course has been completed and the two-week period has passed.
4.3 What if my cat is not suitable for vaccination?
In cases where your cat is not suitable for vaccination due to underlying health conditions, you must provide a vet’s certification confirming this. The veterinarian must document the reasons for the deviation from the vaccination guidelines.
Alternatively, you may opt to have a blood test conducted on your cat to check for satisfactory antibody immunity. The test results must be reviewed and interpreted by a veterinarian, and the results must be provided to us before boarding.
4.4 What if my cat’s vaccination was done less than two weeks before check-in?
We require that all vaccinations be completed at least two weeks before your cat’s check-in date. If the vaccination was administered less than two weeks before the boarding date, we require the following:
- A vet’s certification confirming that your cat is fit for boarding despite the incomplete two-week period.
- If urgent circumstances prevent the two-week window, the veterinarian must document the reasons for the deviation, and these must be provided to us for verification.
Alternatively, you may opt to have a blood test conducted on your cat to check for satisfactory antibody immunity. The test results must be reviewed and interpreted by a veterinarian, and the results must be provided to us before boarding.
5. Registration & Licensing
5.1 Do I need to register my cat with AVS PALs and provide the License Number?
Yes, all pet cats must be registered with the Animal & Veterinary Service’s (AVS) Pet Animal Licensing System (PALs). This registration is a requirement under the Cat Management Framework and will be mandatory from 1 September 2026 onwards. Although it is not yet mandatory, we recommend providing your cat’s AVS License Number now to ensure compliance with the upcoming regulations. When boarding your cat at Tiny Paw, you can start providing the AVS License Number in the boarding admission form as part of the documentation process. 5.2 What is Cat Licensing and the Cat Management Framework by the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS)?
Under the Cat Management Framework by the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS), all pet cats must be licensed and microchipped by 31 August 2026. This framework is designed to promote responsible cat ownership and animal welfare. 6. Safety & Well-being
6.1 How can I ensure my cat’s safety during their stay?
At Tiny Paw, your cat’s safety is our top priority. Our facilities are equipped with 24-hour CCTV monitoring, and our dedicated staff is trained to provide attentive care and supervision at all times.
7. Packing & What to Bring
7.1 Do you provide food and litter? What is provided? What do I need to pack for the boarding?
We do not provide food, so please pack a sufficient amount of food, preferably with some extra. Cats can be sensitive to food changes which may upset their stomachs if new food is introduced suddenly.
We provide standard tofu litter, litter trays, and food and water bowls. You may pack your own litter, litter tray, and food and water bowls if your cat does not want to use the provided items, as long as these can fit comfortably into the enclosure.
Please refer to our Tiny Paw Packing List to ensure your fur kid feels at home. Remember to pack items with your cat’s scent or your own, such as their favourite toys, bedding, or your T-shirts, so they can settle in faster.
8. Check-in & Check-out and Visiting
8.1 What are the check-in and check-out hours?
Our standard check-in hours are from 2 to 5 pm, and check-out is from 11 am to 1 pm. Please WhatsApp us at 8066 9115 if you need assistance outside the standard check-in and check-out hours.
8.2 Can I visit my cat during their stay?
Yes, Paw Parents are welcome to visit their Paw Guests during their stay. Please contact us at tinypawllp@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 8066 9115 to make an appointment prior to the visit.
9. Discounts & Special Offers
9.1 Are there any discount for long term stay?

FAQ on Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. What is Tiny Paw’s refund policy? What if I need to reschedule or cancel my booking?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, the following policies apply:
- Cancellations or rescheduling made up to 14 days before check-in will incur a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
All refunds will be issued as Tiny Paw credits, which can be used for other services, purchases, or future stays. Tiny Paw credits are non-transferable and can only be used for future bookings, services, or purchases.
