I agree that Tiny Paw will not overcrowd enclosures, and my cats will be cared for according to AVS welfare standards.

Fight Free Environment(Required)

I understand that Tiny Paw will separate any incompatible cats to prevent fights or injury, and additional suite charges may apply.

Health & Safety

Vaccination(Required)

I confirm my cat(s) are up to date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases. I confirm that my cat(s) have received core vaccinations (FPV, FCV, FHV) at least two (2) weeks before check-in.

Vet Visit(Required)

I authorise Tiny Paw to seek veterinary attention for my cat(s) in case of illness or emergency, if I am not contactable.

Veterinary fees(Required)

Veterinary fees will be borne by me (the owner).

Health and Safety Assurance(Required)

I will inform Tiny Paw immediately if I observe any distress or injuries in the CCTV footage.

Abandonment Policy

Abandonment(Required)

If the Owner does not pick up the cat(s) within three (3) days after the scheduled check-out date and does not communicate with Tiny Paw, the cat(s) will be considered abandoned. Additionally, failure to make payment for services rendered within three (3) days after the due date will also be deemed abandonment. Tiny Paw will make reasonable efforts to contact the Owner and the designated emergency contact before taking further action, which may include reporting to the authorities or surrendering the cat(s) to an AVS-approved shelter or rescue partner.

Photo & Video Consent

I consent to Tiny Paw taking photos and videos of my cat(s) during their stay for updates and promotional posts on Tiny Paw’s social media platforms and website.
