Welcome to Tiny Paw! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Details of Tiny Paw Terms and Conditions
Included Amenities
- Cosy individual spaces
- 24-hour air conditioning
- 24-hour CCTV monitoring
- Twice-daily room service
- Twice-daily housekeeping
- Scratch boards, climbing platforms, and cat trees with scratch poles (available in selected suites)
- Complimentary daily access to the Tiny Paw Fitness Centre (subject to schedule and availability)
Payment & Deposit
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
- The remaining balance is due at or before check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made via the methods stated on our website or booking confirmation (e.g. PayNow, Stripe).
- All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include prevailing taxes unless otherwise indicated.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the check-in date, subject to a 10% processing fee.
- Cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
- Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.
- All refunds will be issued as Tiny Paw credits, which may be used for future stays or services.
Check-in and Check-out
- Standard check-in: 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- Standard check-out: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Please contact us in advance if you are unable to arrive within standard check-in or check-out hours.
- Early check-in from 11:00am onwards may be accommodated subject to suite availability, as previous guests check out by 1:00pm. If the assigned suite is not immediately ready, your cat may be temporarily settled in a carrier or designated holding area while cleaning and preparation are completed.
- Late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability. The latest possible check-out time is 5:30pm.
Health Requirements
- All cats must be healthy, free from contagious diseases, and meet Tiny Paw’s vaccination requirements.
- All cats must be up to date with core vaccinations, including:
- Feline Panleukopenia Virus (FPV)
- Feline Calicivirus (FCV)
- Feline Herpesvirus (FHV)
- The full vaccination course must be completed at least two (2) weeks prior to check-in.
- Proof of Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) testing is required for your cat to access the common areas for play and exercise.
- External Parasite treatment (Revolution) will be administered at check-in for $18 per vial. Alternatively, if you pack the parasite treatment (Revolution) in your packing list, it will be administered during check-in at no additional charge.
- All records must be submitted via the Boarding Admission Form prior to check-in.
- The Owner Consent Form must also be completed online.
Feeding Instructions
- The Owner must pack sufficient food for the entire stay.
- Meals should be clearly labelled with the cat’s name, date, and feeding time.
- Please refer to the Tiny Paw Packing List before check-in.
Medication Administration
- Medication will be administered according to the Owner’s written instructions.
- All medication must be clearly labelled with dosage details.
- Medication administration will be charged separately, based on the method and frequency required.
Emergency & Veterinary Care
- Tiny Paw will make reasonable efforts to bring a sick or injured cat to the Owner’s preferred veterinary clinic.
- If the preferred vet cannot be contacted or an appointment cannot be secured, Tiny Paw will arrange treatment with its designated veterinary clinic, at the Owner’s expense.
- An emergency contact must be provided and remain reachable throughout the boarding period.
- If the owner or emergency contact cannot be reached, Tiny Paw is authorised to seek necessary veterinary care at the Owner’s expense.
Liability & Behaviour
- Tiny Paw will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all cats in our care.
- The owner must disclose any known behavioural issues that may affect the cat’s stay or the safety of other cats and staff.
- Boarding may be refused or terminated if a cat displays aggressive, destructive, or harmful behaviour.
- Tiny Paw shall not be held liable for stress-related illness, age-related conditions, or pre-existing medical issues, unless caused by gross negligence.
- Tiny Paw shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, or death that may occur during the boarding period, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Personal Items:
- Owners may bring personal items such as bedding, toys, and carriers for their cat’s stay.
- Tiny Paw is not responsible for damage to personal items.
Abandonment
- If the owner fails to pick up the cat within three (3) days after the scheduled check-out date and does not communicate with Tiny Paw, the cat will be deemed abandoned.
- Tiny Paw will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner and designated emergency contact before taking further action, which may include surrendering the cat to an animal shelter or making other appropriate arrangements to safeguard the cat’s welfare.
- Animal abandonment is an offence in Singapore under the Animals and Birds Act. Tiny Paw reserves the right to report cases of abandonment to the relevant authorities.
Photographs and Videos
- Tiny Paw may take photographs and videos of the cat during its stay for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Owners who do not wish for their cat to be photographed or recorded must notify Tiny Paw in advance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably, failing which it may be referred to the Small Claims Tribunals or the courts of Singapore, as appropriate.
