Playtime and access to our cat-only Fitness Centre may be offered where suitable, depending on your cat’s temperament, adjustment, health eligibility and operational scheduling. Playtime is therefore not guaranteed for every Paw Guest or on every day of a stay.

A negative FIV/FeLV blood-test result is required for cats using the shared Fitness Centre or play area. Cats from different households are not mixed.

2.1 How do I book a stay for my cat?
You can check availability and make an online booking through our website, or contact us directly through WhatsApp.

2.2 Can I book adjoining suites?
Yes. Adjoining configurations are available for selected Standard, Deluxe and Premier Suites. They can provide additional space for an individual cat or suitable same-household cats.

Imperial Suites do not have an adjoining configuration. Please refer to our Suites & Rates page for current adjoining options and prices, or WhatsApp us if you would like help selecting the most suitable arrangement.

3. Admission & Requirements

3.1 What are the admission requirements for Tiny Paw?
Before boarding, Paw Parents must provide the information and documents needed for us to verify their cat’s boarding readiness and care requirements.

  • Vaccination: Current vaccination against Feline Panleukopenia (FPV), Feline Calicivirus (FCV) and Feline Herpesvirus (FHV/FHV-1). Required vaccination courses should be completed at least two weeks before check-in.
  • AVS cat licence and microchip: Pet cats in Singapore must be licensed with AVS and microchipped. Please provide your cat’s current licence and microchip details.
  • Boarding Admission Form: Please complete the Tiny Paw Boarding Admission Form and provide the required supporting records before check-in.
  • Parasite prevention: Paw Guests must have suitable parasite prevention. Revolution may be supplied and applied at check-in for an additional charge, or owners may provide a suitable treatment for administration.
  • FIV/FeLV: A negative FIV/FeLV result is required for cats using our shared Fitness Centre or play area.
  • Owner Consent Form: An Owner Consent Form is required where applicable, such as approved co-boarding arrangements.

Please also read Tiny Paw’s Terms and Conditions before confirming your booking.

4. Vaccination & Health Policies

4.1 My cat is not vaccinated. Can they still board?
Our standard boarding requirement is for cats to have current vaccination against FPV, FCV and FHV, with the required vaccination course completed at least two weeks before check-in.

Where vaccination is not medically appropriate, or where an alternative assessment of immunity is required, supporting veterinary documentation may be considered. A titre test should include appropriate veterinary interpretation and must be provided for review before boarding.

4.2 What if my cat’s vaccination is overdue?
Please arrange the required vaccination as early as possible before the boarding stay. Our standard requirement is for the vaccination course to be completed at least two weeks before check-in.

If this cannot be achieved, please contact us before confirming your stay so that we can review the circumstances and advise on the documentation required.

4.3 What if my cat is not suitable for vaccination?
Please provide veterinary documentation confirming the relevant health condition and the veterinarian’s recommendation.

A titre test showing satisfactory antibody immunity may also be considered where supported by appropriate veterinary interpretation.

4.4 What if my cat was vaccinated less than two weeks before check-in?
Please contact Tiny Paw before the stay. Supporting veterinary documentation may be required so that we can assess whether the boarding requirements can be safely met.

5. AVS Cat Licensing & Microchipping

5.1 Does my cat need an AVS licence before boarding?
Yes. From 1 September 2026, pet cats in Singapore are required to be licensed with the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS). Tiny Paw requires your cat’s current AVS licence number and microchip information as part of our boarding admission records.

Please enter these details in the Tiny Paw Boarding Admission Form before your cat’s stay.

5.2 Does my cat need to be microchipped?
Yes. A pet cat must be microchipped before an AVS cat licence can be applied for.

For the current licensing requirements and application process, please refer to the official Animal & Veterinary Service licensing requirements.

6. Safety & Well-being

6.1 How does Tiny Paw look after my cat during their stay?
Tiny Paw is a cat-only boarding environment designed around feline comfort and care. Our team follows each Paw Guest’s confirmed feeding and care instructions, provides twice-daily housekeeping and monitors their general condition throughout the stay.

Paw Parents also receive complimentary 24-hour CCTV access to their cat’s suite for additional reassurance.

7. Packing & What to Bring

7.1 Do you provide food and litter? What should I pack?
Please provide enough of your cat’s regular food for the entire boarding stay, preferably with a little extra in case of delays or changes to the stay. Sudden changes in diet can cause digestive upset for some cats.

Tiny Paw provides standard tofu litter, litter trays, food bowls and water bowls. You may bring your own suitable items if your cat is more comfortable using them and they can be safely accommodated within the suite.

You may also bring medication, favourite toys, bedding or another familiar item if this helps your cat settle. Please refer to our Tiny Paw Packing List for more information.

8.2 Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
